The Edge

There's no better way of seeing a city then getting up to the top of one it's skyscrapers, and this is possible in Melbourne. In fact here they've got a novel variation of the observation platform. 

The views are great and you can see all of the city real easily, especially when the skies are as clear as they were for us.

This is The Edge a section of the building that moves out over the side of the building. We weren't allowed to take cameras into it, but I found a youtube clip that gives you an idea of how it works.

Quite a cool gimmick, huh?
