Batu Night Spectacular is obviously in the town of Batu, just down the road from the two Jawa Timur parks. Whereas those parks are open during daytime hours, this one is open later and I guess therefore is designed as the place to go to at the end of the day, with a slightly more relaxed end-of-day vibe. This park was also home to the first of the 4 wooden mice that we were going to experience on the trip.
We'd gotten here in the rain around an hour or so after it had opened. Despite the weather there were already a sizeable crowd here.
The park had a good selection of rides.

Enough of these sort of rides, it's time to ride the coaster.
but there was a problem - no coaster! We're guessing the coaster was situated here. When I found it on GE it was at the southern end of the park, which is where this photo was taken and once I'd gotten home I was able to confirm that this was the location. So where had the coaster gone? A quick conversation with one of the ride ops and we'd discovered it had been relocated to Jawa Timur Park 2, the park we'd just driven past. Fortunately we were told that that park would close at 11pm tonight. Phew!
So BNS is now a park to keep an eye on rather than visit for coasters as it now has none.
