The final coaster on our Indonesian leg could be found in the Mall of Indonesia in Eastern Jakarta. MOILand, as it's called, is an indoor park with it's rides spread throughout the ground floor of a ridiculously large mall. I had asked that Tal check this place on his trip last year but he couldn't find anything and subsequent to that trip a local had posted a video of a rollercoaster up onto youtube.
The entrance to the mall and you can see that the park is inherent in the mall's design and not just a bit on the side like at Time Zone and Puriland.
The branding continues within the mall.
The ground floor of the mall has a number of fairground rides, all looking amazing, spread around it and finding the rollercoaster was fun itself.
Just as we were about to give up we found it tucked away in a back corner of the mall. Rather strangely it had been given the name "Mexican Coaster" yet the theming was dinosaur related.
It was a fairly basic coaster and not particularly exciting but we were the first in the community to ride it and that alone made it geekily special.
With the Indonesian leg at an end we flew back to Singapore ready to begin the next bit. We said goodbye to one of the group at this point. Lisa was going to head on to Malaysia for the Genting resort and parks around Kuala Lumpur. The three of us remaining were also going to head to Malaysia for a rather different sort of park.
